Are you struggling with depression, anxiety or problematic relationships? Have you done some therapy and are now looking to take a deeper dive? You have come the right place! I work with clients new to therapy as well as clients who have been in therapy before. It takes strength and courage to reach out for help. I have faced many challenges in childhood, as a mom, and in a relationship. I believe that my own personal healing work has helped me to better show up with compassion and humility. We are all in this together.
I specialize in treating complex trauma using gentle somatic based methods including: Brainspotting, EMDR, Creative Arts Therapies, Psychodrama and Advanced Integrative Therapy. I am a Brene Brown Daring Way facilitator. I have an associate trained in trauma informed yoga. We also offer walk and talk sessions.
In addition to working in private practice I am a therapist/guide at the nationally known Onsite Workshops.
